The problem it solves
Extends the Open Intents Framework to Ztarknet to allow for faster bridge times (for end-users) using Hyperlane-7683 cross-chain intents. Supports 4 EVM networks and 2 CairoVM networks (Sepolia Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Starknet & Ztarknet).
